Protection of Personal Data: Pursuant to Law No. 6698, NB Global Madencilik ve Kimya A.Ş. (“Company”) wishes to inform you regarding the purposes, legal bases, collection methods, transfers, and rights granted to you regarding your personal data processed within our corporate organization.

   In accordance with Law No. 6698, your identity, contact information, customer transaction records, corporate marketing preferences, and digital security logs are processed by NB Global Madencilik ve Kimya A.Ş. acting in the capacity of Data Controller.

   • Production, refining, supply chain management, and worldwide export of activated bleaching earth products,
   • Execution of contractual relations, order fulfillment, and operational customer support,

   Your personal data is collected through automated or manual channels via website contact forms, email communications, business contracts, order forms, and official visits, based on legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 (establishment and execution of contracts, legal compliance, legitimate interests).

   • Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,
   • Request erasure or destruction of data under statutory conditions,
   • Object to adverse results arising exclusively from automated processing.
